Step 1: Send an enquiry

Start with a short message. Tell us your date, your location and what you would like photographed or filmed, whether that is a wedding, a pre-wedding session, maternity, newborn, a family session or an event. We reply within 24 hours. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. Dates fill up, so enquire early to check availability.

Step 2: We have a call

Next we talk. The call is where we go through your plans, your family and your questions, and where we work out what coverage suits you. We speak English, Hindi and Gujarati, so you can talk with us in whichever language feels most comfortable for you and your family.

Step 3: Pay a 10% retainer

When you are happy to go ahead, a 10% retainer secures your booking.

Step 4: Your date is held

Once the retainer is received, your date is held for you. From here we plan the details together, including locations, timing and anything your family wants us to know.

How to get ready

You do not need to prepare much, but a few things help. Before we speak, think about your date, your location and who is coming. If you are planning a wedding, send us your timeline as soon as you have a draft. It does not need to be perfect, and we can adjust it together. A short written list of the family groups you want photographed saves time on the day.

Shoot day

Studio sessions take place at our Beaconsfield studio, which is accessible for people with physical disabilities. Home sessions take place at your home, and we come to you. A maternity session can take place at the studio, at your home or at any other location you choose. Weddings, pre-wedding sessions and events happen at the places that matter to you, and we talk through locations on our call. If you book video, we film as well as photograph.

If you are booking maternity, the session is planned for 34 to 36 weeks. If anyone in your group has access needs, please tell us when you enquire and we will plan around them.

After the shoot: what you receive and when

Sneak peek: within 2 days.
Full gallery: within 14 days.
Wedding highlight video: within 8 weeks, when you book video.

The sneak peek is a small first look so you can see your day or session while the memory is fresh. Wedding albums start from $700.

These are the prices we have confirmed. Weddings are priced by the hour, so you only pay for the coverage you need. Everything else is a set price.
